Core Wood Home Care has been an absolute blessing for our family during one of the most difficult seasons of our lives. When my aunt was recovering from a traumatic brain injury (TBI), we were overwhelmed and unsure how to make sure she received the care, patience, and dignity she deserved. From the very beginning, Core Wood Home Care showed up with compassion, professionalism, and genuine humanity. Their caregivers went above and beyond to meet my aunt where she was physically, emotionally, and mentally. Recovering from a TBI is not easy, and it requires a special level of understanding, consistency, and patience. The team never rushed her, never treated her like a task on a checklist, and always made sure she felt safe, respected, and cared for. They communicated clearly with our family, kept us informed, and were always responsive to questions or concerns. What stood out the most was how personal the care felt. It was clear that they truly cared about my aunt as a person, not just a patient. That kind of attentiveness made a world of difference in her recovery and gave our family peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend Core Wood Home Care enough to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and high-quality home care especially for a loved one recovering from something as complex as a TBI. We are deeply grateful for the role they played in my aunt’s healing journey.

This is such a great company full of lovely people. Their care managers have such great knowledge and Mary Ann is a great presenter (ask her about her Compassion Fatigue presentation, so good!). Their joy and compassion for working with individuals with dementia is real. Highly reccomend.

Staff are attentive and responsible. They helped our family determine the caregiver needs during a very stressful time. Whenever there was a mismatch with new staff the company was responsive and worked with us to find the most suited caregivers for our parent.
