This is such a great company full of lovely people. Their care managers have such great knowledge and Mary Ann is a great presenter (ask her about her Compassion Fatigue presentation, so good!). Their joy and compassion for working with individuals with dementia is real. Highly reccomend.

Corewood Care is a great organization that offers needed services for their clients. True professionals helping many. Montgomery County is lucky to have this organization providing home care services and care management.
Staff are attentive and responsible. They helped our family determine the caregiver needs during a very stressful time. Whenever there was a mismatch with new staff the company was responsive and worked with us to find the most suited caregivers for our parent.

With the purest intentions to provide unique and personalized treatment plans to every individual they serve Mary oversees treatment plans with her vetted staff and coworkers to include her highly trained and educated care management team. This ensures anyone in your loved ones home is not only trustworthy but also going to thoroughly communicate about progress and next steps in a way that is manageable and understandable. Life can be complex and difficult so having a team of dedicated individuals to make it more straightforward is a godsend.

What a wonderful home care company! Corewood took care of my 93/94 year old father-in-law in his beloved home for more than a year. We began with part time support and progressed to round-the-clock. Every staff member care-giver was super kind, patient, tender and talented. They became like family members themselves. The director, Mary O'Donoghue, is a rare gem. You can reach her any time you have a question, concern or request. She resolves every problem to meet your needs. And when it comes time to go to battle with long term care insurance company, she will be there by your side, proactively going far above and beyond to communicate with and provide detailed documentation to the insurance company -- absolutely amazing. You cannot imagine a finer home care company for your parents or other loved ones than Corewood Care.
Corewood is a good place to work. I worked with them for almost two years now. I have worked with different agencies but Corewood is amazing. The Director is super supportive and very nice.she goes above and beyond for staffs and clients. The office staffs are very helpful and they make you part of a big team. It is a very good company to work for.
