Great Service!
We were experiencing water seeping into the garage underneath the weather seal on the garage door. I called Oregon City Garage Door to see if they could come out and help us replace the 10 year old seal with a new one. Their technician Chris G. was here within two hours and replaced the seal with a new one. He also lubed all the moving parts of the garage door creating a smoother, quieter opening and closing. The price for the service was very reasonable and on top of that they gave us a $25 senior discount. Their scheduling, work, and the added service was top-notch so they’ve earned a five star rating for me.
We had a great experience with Oregon City Garage Doors at my place of business. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the technician was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were extremely expedient in responding and completing the work, and their pricing was more than fair for the quality of service provided. We will absolutely be using them going forward and would recommend them without hesitation!
Chris came an hour early and did a thorough job to solve our problem. Didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need now. Will definitely call these folks when we need replacement items.
I am extremely happy with the product and install Spencer and Ivan completed! They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable and cleaned up thoroughly when done. I'd definitely work with them again!

they were quick so business must have been slow. Make sure EVERYTHING is COMPLETELY functioning before they leave I had to adjust the stop sensors and reprogram after they left. Not sure how many doors the crew that did mine had done but I am pretty sure it wasn't a high number. One even commented he had never done this type before. Ended up having to take the battery backup out to be able to set it up. A bit much for a fresh installation. Chamberlain was not helpful ADD I didnt know you did that many jobs that would be close to my name here. maybe the one that was on the 9th that had to come back on the 9th to fix then were scheduled to come back to on the 12th to fixbut i managed to un and rewire to fix
The technician was friendly, quick and efficient. He completed the task of replacing the main springs on our garage door and kept us informed about his progress. Good job
We had a great experience and our garage door is beautiful! Mario was very tentative and great communication throughout the process. We had an issue come up a couple months later; and they were out by the next day and fixed it. Great customer service!

Had a white bearded with blue ball cap oc garage door driver tailgate me and stop in the middle of mcloughin right in Oregon city to try to fight me on Feb 28th @ 550 pm. Very unprofessional with the name of the company on the side of the truck. He needs to be reprimanded or fired. Good day. Response from employer was timely and thorough. New garage door installed 15 months ago. Great price, excellent service. Called Sean to request a door adjustment and he came out immediately and completed the adjustment. This company is very responsive and professional. I recommend them to anyone!
Oregon City Door treats a parts walk-in same as though I were asking for a door installation. Recommend anyone needing work give them a call.
Oregon City Garage Door came through with flying colors when I needed a new door right away. Other companies said it would be 3-4 weeks at least to get my 14' door...but OCGD picked up the slack and got the perfect door made in only a few days! It looks beautiful and the windows are a perfect accent. Joe, Mario and Mike were great to work with and even spent extra time installing a mailbox slot. Thanks to all the great people out there!
This one star is for your terrible drivers who almost caused a huge crash this morning on Sunnyside Clackamas UPDATE: I’m happy to provide additional context since your response suggests the incident was unclear. This occurred on SE 152nd Ave near Sunnyside. A vehicle directly in front of me had come to a stop due to an apparent mechanical issue. I cautiously began to pass that stopped vehicle to continue forward safely. Your driver, who was behind me, did not wait. Instead, he crossed into the oncoming traffic lane, passed me, and cut in front of me to reach the traffic light. Using the oncoming lane to pass another vehicle and then cutting back in is not a “subjective opinion” — it’s an unsafe maneuver and a clear traffic violation. I’m glad no collision occurred, but it easily could have. I left a review because this is exactly the type of behavior businesses should be aware of, and because other drivers deserve to know about potentially dangerous conduct. Whether or not your cameras captured it does not change what happened in front of me. I stand by my review.
Oregon City Garage Door is an incredible company to work with. I've had the pleasure of working with their team for over six years and I've never once had a bad experience. Their staff is knowledgeable, proactive, and expert. They've performed basically every service imaginable at the facilities I manage - from small repairs and preventative maintenance to new door installation - and they've never missed. Mitchell, Nate, Tyler, and every other member of the team that I've worked with at their company have always left me and my staff feeling prioritized, important, and valued. They are my first call on any need and they should be your first call, too.
