Go ahead and shop around but I guarantee you’ll be doing business with this company. Mario came to my house with such patience and knowledge while he explained all I needed to know and then some. He took my calls and responded promptly each and every time. Mitch was pleasant and caring of my time for scheduling. During install, Joe was so personable and respectful of my belongings. It was a long day for him but he didn’t leave until everything was perfect. Mario followed up with me to make sure all is satisfactory. Top notch service was delivered by Oregon City Garage door.

Oregon City Garage Door has done an outstanding job on all of my jobs as a project manager and at my own home.
One of the poorest examples of "customer service" I have ever personally experienced. I did end up with an installed garage door opener in the end but There were miscommunications in the evaluation and quote process. In the process of trying to work that out the lady I was speaking to shouted over me multiple times and in the end I was told to "never call them again". There are better places to do business. Garage doors and openers are not rocket science.

Fast install and quality work, we had two old garage doors replaced. Estimate was a breeze, all my questions answered and great explanations of the options we had. Installers were great and asked questions to make sure the final product matched what we wanted, and they worked very quickly too. Great experience for something you don't purchase too often.

The guys at Oregon City Garage door are great. They installed my existing garage doors and I had them install an additional garage door for me while I was out of town. The installation was complicated due to the lack of clearance above the garage door. When I got back, I noticed a few issues with the installation. I called them up and they said they could come out the same day to address the issues, but I set up an appointment another day that worked with my schedule. They showed up early for my appointment and went over the options to address my concerns. I was updated during about the progress of the fix and in the end they addressed all the issues I had. Really happy with how things turned out and would use them again.
Our garage door chain and spring had snapped, we scheduled Oregon City Garage Door to come out, they showed up within their 1 hour arrival window, Chris replaced both springs, installed the new motor and rail I had purchased, was onsite for less than 2 or 3 hours and had us up and running again. Wife is beyond thrilled to be able to park in the garage again. Chris did a great job and was professional and courteous, left everything clean when he was done.

The "spring" broke mid lift. The y were out the next morning and had us repaired in under an hour.
Very happy with Oregon City Garage Door’s service! They were easy to schedule with, pleasant, and affordable. Mike came and adjusted our double garage door today and did an excellent job. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell-walked me through what was going on and then fixed it within the hour. Will use this company again.
