We had a graage door that was making a loud popping sound when we put it up and down. I called them in the morning and the said they would have someone out in the afternoon. Michael called to let me know he was on his way at noon. He did an amazing job locating the problem and replaced several hinges, made some adjustments and fixed the problem. He also adjusted our other door and oiled all the rollers. I highly recommend this company
Oregon City Garage Door is a great company. I recommend. I am a general contractor operating around all around Portland. We have hired this company many times including on my own personal house. Recently Ryan helped me swap out the bad opener at my house at no charge due even though it was likely out of warranty. Very honorable guys. I would recommend.

This Company is GREAT!! The staff both making the appointment and fixing our garage door were excellent!! Chris Gomez showed up right on time. I had my garage door spring snap, and since my HOA doesn’t allow cars to park in the street, I needed it fixed ASAP. I quickly learned most garage door companies only offer service, not parts. One place told me I’d have to make an appointment for a tech to meet me at their shop, which would have pushed me back another day. Then I found Oregon City Garage Door (1600 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas, OR). Their parts department was open, they had me bring in my broken spring, matched it perfectly, and got me the right replacement on the spot. I got home, installed it, and my door is working great. Big shout-out to Oregon City Garage Door for their A+ service. If their install and repair department is anything like their parts counter, they’re absolute rock stars. Highly recommend!
I received offers from several companies and I decided to go with Oregon City Garage Door. I am glad I did. They were responsive, competitively priced, and installed our doors on schedule.
Go ahead and shop around but I guarantee you’ll be doing business with this company. Mario came to my house with such patience and knowledge while he explained all I needed to know and then some. He took my calls and responded promptly each and every time. Mitch was pleasant and caring of my time for scheduling. During install, Joe was so personable and respectful of my belongings. It was a long day for him but he didn’t leave until everything was perfect. Mario followed up with me to make sure all is satisfactory. Top notch service was delivered by Oregon City Garage door.

Oregon City Garage Door has done an outstanding job on all of my jobs as a project manager and at my own home.
One of the poorest examples of "customer service" I have ever personally experienced. I did end up with an installed garage door opener in the end but There were miscommunications in the evaluation and quote process. In the process of trying to work that out the lady I was speaking to shouted over me multiple times and in the end I was told to "never call them again". There are better places to do business. Garage doors and openers are not rocket science.
Why did I just get a text from this company at 3:37 in the morning about some appointment about a garage door!!!?????

Fast install and quality work, we had two old garage doors replaced. Estimate was a breeze, all my questions answered and great explanations of the options we had. Installers were great and asked questions to make sure the final product matched what we wanted, and they worked very quickly too. Great experience for something you don't purchase too often.
